Take steps toward your first exciting year at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» at START@Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»! Meet one-on-one with an academic counselor, register for classes, learn more about how to succeed, and receive tips on how to pay for college during this fun and informative event. START@Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»Â is FREE and is a required event for new students.
All new students and readmitted students (with a last date of attendance greater than two years) are required to attend a START@Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» event or complete an online session before registering for classes.
Information about START@Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» will be sent to your my.edgecombe.edu email as part of your official Welcome to Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» letter.
One-hour in-person session includes
- Meeting current students and faculty
- Advising and registration for the upcoming semester
- Placement Testing or registration for test date
- Financial aid counseling
- Free Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» branded gift
