Trustees Elect Chair and Vice Chair
The Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Board of Trustees recently elected the Rev. Jerry Spruell as chair of the board and Carl Warren as vice chair.

Chair, Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Board of Trustees
Rev. Spruell has been a member of the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Board of Trustees since 1994 and is the longest serving member of the board. He is chair of the board’s Executive Committee and is an ex-officio member of the Personnel, Finance, and Buildings and Grounds committees. He is director of the Edgecombe County Board of Elections.
Carl Warren
Vice Chair, Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Board of Trustees
Warren has been a board member since 2016. He is chair of the Buildings and Grounds Committee and vice chair of the Executive Committee. Warren, a retired senior manager with Superior Essex, works with Warren Accounting Group in Pinetops.
