Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Helps Install The Wall That Heals

Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» students and Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» instructors were among the many volunteers who withstood drenching rain to help install The Wall That Heals in Braswell Park in Tarboro. The Wall That Heals is a traveling three-quarter replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, DC, and its October 17-20 appearance in Tarboro was the replica’s only stop this year in North Carolina. Shown from left are Chip Rich, carpentry instructor; Doug Parrish, department chair, Industrial and Technical Trades; student Gillian Brooks; student Zach Roy; Dr. Greg McLeod, Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» president; Monika Fleming, program coordinator, Historic Preservation; and student Vonderick Langley (kneeling).
