Dean of Students Completes Leadership Program
Samanthia Phillips, dean of students at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³», recently completed the Chief Student Development Administrative Leadership Academy. A 10-month program, the academy focused on numerous topics, including serving students, continuous improvement, communications, higher education legal issues, and resource management. Phillips has been dean of students at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» since 2013 and an Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» employee since 1997. She served students in Basic Skills for 12 years, then joined Student Services in 2009.
