Drone Enthusiasts Benefit from Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Class
Despite 100 degree temps, nine students participated in Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»â€™s first Drones 101 class held July 30 on the Tarboro campus. Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» instructor Thomas Parrish taught the morning lecture session on topics such as safety and legal issues, and Tom Zajkowski and Evan Arnold of NCSU/NextGen Air Transportation Center led an afternoon demonstration of a DJI Inspire 1 Pro drone from the NC State UAS Center.
